Dos Trazos Mallorca Espacio Gastronómico

Dos Trazos Mallorca is a small dining venue in Sa Pobla, Mallorca, created to offer an intimate and unique culinary experience. We operate a tasting menu format at a single counter, where a maximum of 16 guests can experience the entire process up close: ingredients, cooking, technique and service, directly with us. Our concept is based on seasonal and locally sourced produce, particularly Mallorcan produce, but with an open and contemporary approach. We design a menu that changes with the seasons and aims to surprise without taking the focus away from the ingredients. Dos Trazos was born out of Raimundo and Oksana’s passion for gastronomy and their desire to create a space where the cuisine, the produce and the relationship with the diner are the most important things. It is a small, independent and very personal project, designed for those seeking more than just a meal: an intimate, carefully crafted and unique gastronomic experience in Mallorca.
